Letter of Agreement
Our agreement
These are the terms we work under. Read them at your leisure — there's nothing to sign here.
Services
Services include consultations, preparing furniture plans, selecting furnishings, purchasing furnishings and accessories, executing window treatments, assisting in paint and finish selections, and staging the aforementioned items.
Merchandise
All merchandise purchased via FW Interiors will require a written proposal. The proposal will reflect the description and specified price of each item. A signed proposal and required initial deposit are necessary before merchandise will be ordered. All merchandise must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
Orders are not subject to cancellation. Client will be responsible for the entire invoiced amount, including shipping fees, once the item has been ordered. In the event of non-payment, Client agrees to pay collection costs including reasonable attorney's fees.
FW Interiors will not assume responsibility for any delays occurred by failure of others to meet commitments beyond our control. You, the client, will benefit from all guarantees and warranties extended to you by the manufacturer.
Fees
All fees subject to applicable sales taxes.

Design Time invoices are billed in a 28-day cycle; payment in full is due upon receipt of invoice. Design Time must be satisfied prior to installation.
Retainer
A retainer is required alongside your signature, constituting authority for our firm to begin your project. Your retainer will be held until completion of your project and, at that time, can be applied to final billing of goods and services.
Should you terminate this letter of agreement, your retainer, if necessary, will be used to pay all unpaid balances. Client will be liable for the entire invoiced amount. If payment is not received in full, Client agrees to pay collection costs including reasonable attorney's fees.
When You're Ready
Signing happens separately, and only when you decide to proceed.
If the terms above work for you, we'll send this agreement to you for signature. You'll be able to sign it on your phone, and everyone receives a copy for their records.
